2015年2月25號公布招標書
法中科學與應用基金會獎學金為期12個月18個月或24個月，原則上不可續延。獎學金只招收在中國大陸生活的候選人到法國學習🧏🏿♀️🦉。不接受目前在法國的中國留學生提出延長留法時間的申請。
獎學金接受的對象是最遲在2014年12月底以前通過博士論文答辯的博士後研究生🤵🏽。申請這一獎學金的候選人無需在大學或研究所或研究室已經取得職位。申請者必須在最近6年內通過科學論文答辯並年齡不超過40歲。要求較高的英語水平。
挑選候選人分為3步
1) 在中國由中國教育委員會國家留學基金管理委員會和中國科學院負責招標和預選候選人。
2) 法中科學與應用基金會從法國派出專家到北京或上海對中方通過的人選進行面試🫅🏼🍲。(參加面試的路費自理) 👩🔧。
3) 在征得中國教委國家留學基金管理委員會和中國科學院同意後由法中科學與應用基金會學術委員會最終選定人員並將之分配到法國的實驗室2️⃣🦸🏻。
2015年第二次招標的日程安排如下 :
2015年2月25日：用法文，英文和中文三種語言公布2015年招標書
2015年4月19日：申請人在中國和法國遞交申請的截止日期。
2015年4月27日至4月30日:法中科學與應用基金會派專家到北京或上海對申請者進行面試並對每項獎學金的申請人作出名次排列。
2015年5月27日🚏：法中科學與應用基金會學術委員會在得到中國教委國家留學基金管理委員會和中國科學院的同意後確定最終錄取者，宣布錄取結果。錄取者在赴法前必須學習法語一個月，學習費用由中國教委國家留學基金管理委員負擔。
2015年6月：在中國學習法語🕴🏻👌，學習內容有關法國文化與知識🧑🏼，其地理、藝術、日常生活，烹飪等。
2015年7月：錄取者抵達法國。
中國到法國的國際機票(往返)由中國教委國家留學基金管理委員會負擔，如在法國外省則法國境內的往返旅費由法中科學與應用基金會承擔🏤。
獎學金的金額是每月2500歐元，醫療保險由法方負擔。
涉及在法國博士後工作期間科研內容的論文，不管在何時發表，都必須提及法中科學與應用基金會和中國教委國家留學基金管理委員會的物質支持。
法中科學與應用基金會負責保證研究生很好的融入和順利地開展研究工作。工作結束後要返回中國。2005年1月中法科學與應用基金會俱樂部成立🧑🏻🍼，成員是新老獎學金的享用者。
2015年度的博士後獎學金(為期12個月18個月或24個月)享有者抵達法國的時間預計是2015年7月⛈，法中科學與應用基金會所挑選的課題或學科如下 :
Control of pancreatic development in rodent and human.
Identification of the molecular events leading to prostate cancer using mouse models established through conditional somatic mutagenesis.
Immunological properties of mesenchymal stem cells and their applications in transplantation and regenerative medicine.
Surface reactions in lithium ion batteries
Hot cracking of nickel based alloys
In vivo and in vitro analysis of the potential ability and fate of ACE+ identified pre-Hematopoietic Stem Cells of the early human embryo.
Analysis of Transfusion-related acute lung injury in mouse models humanized for the expression of HLA class I molecules: role of human antibodies and analysis of cellular responses using in vitro and in vivo systems.
The reconstruction of the digital holograms
Synthesis of supported porous and nanoparticles oxides and mixed-oxides on monolithic catalytic reactors
Model strong interactions between irregular porous particles immerged in a circulating liquid.
Atom interferometry gravity sensors
Novel nanostructured materials for thermoelectrics
Corrosion at the nanoscale
Elastin derivates biopolymers to design parental drug delivery systems
Dissection of molecular mechanisms controlling tissue formation in rice roots

The roles of the death receptors in cancer biology, with the focus on the Fas/CD95 signalling in the control of life and death of cells in relation to cancer therapies

申請材料包括 :
一份詳細的個人簡歷🚃；
一封申請信🍔，信中說明申請理由、你對該項目的興趣所在以及你在簡歷中所從事的研究同該項目的一致性；
所發表的科研著作；
簽訂過的研究合同；
兩封推薦信，一封由研究室主任🂠，另一封由大學校長書寫。如果申請人不屬於大學範疇可請一位院士書寫。
